Macrotech Developers Hits All-Time High Pre-Sales of Rs. 48.1 Billion

Lodha (Macrotech Developers) has provided outstanding operational updates for the fourth quarter of FY25, showcasing ongoing growth and market leadership, in a disclosure submitted in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company's quarterly pre-sales for the fourth quarter of FY25 reached a record high of Rs 48.1 billion, representing a strong 14% year-over-year (YoY) growth. As a result, the total pre-sales amount for FY25 was Rs. 176.3 billion, a 21% YoY increase. The company experienced consistent, predictable 20% growth for the year, surpassing its FY25 target.

With Q4 collections of Rs. 44.4 billion, up 26% year over year, the firm reported a solid collection performance. In comparison to the previous fiscal year, total receipts for FY25 increased by 29% to Rs. 144.9 billion.

The corporation kept accelerating its strategic business growth initiatives. It added two new projects in Pune in Q4FY25, totaling Rs. 43 billion in Gross Development Value (GDV). The company now has nine locations throughout Pune, putting it in a strong position to grow its market share and establish itself as the area's top developer.

The company added 10 new projects (not including Digital Infra) to its portfolio during FY25, totaling over Rs. 237 billion in GDV across important markets in Bengaluru, Pune, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). This achievement surpassed the company's Rs. 210 billion full-year forecast.

The business performed well in Q4 of FY25 and FY25, exhibiting notable growth in all important indicators. Pre-sales in Q4FY25 was Rs. 48.1 billion, a 14% rise over Q4FY24 and a 7% sequential growth. Pre-sales for FY25 as a whole came to Rs. 176.3 billion, a strong 21% year-over-year increase from FY24's Rs 145.2 billion. With Q4FY25 collections of Rs. 44.4 billion, up 26% year over year and 3% quarter over quarter, collections also demonstrated an outstanding performance. Total revenues for FY25 were Rs. 144.9 billion, representing a robust 29% year-over-year increase from FY24's Rs. 112.6 billion.
