In order to build home complexes with a combined sales value of about Rs. 24000 crore throughout MMR, Bengaluru, and Pune, the listed real estate business Macrotech Developers, located in Mumbai and selling properties under the Lodha brand, purchased 10 land parcels in FY25.
In its operational report, the business stated that it exceeded its full-year projection of Rs. 21000 crore by adding 10 new projects (not including Digital Infra projects) with Rs. 23700 crore of GDV across MMR, Bengaluru, and Pune during the year.
For 2024–2025, Macrotech Developers had stated that it will be purchasing land parcels with a potential revenue of Rs. 21,000 crore.
On the business development front, the company has added two new projects in Pune with a GDV of Rs. 4300 crore. As a result, we currently operate nine locations around Pune. This puts us in a position to grow our market share even more and become Pune's top developer, the statement read.
According to the corporation, it has bought its joint venture partners' participation in the current platform and added two locations in Chennai and the National Capital Region (NCR) for Digital Infra (warehousing and industrial).
The company announced on April 7 that sales bookings for the fourth quarter of this fiscal year had increased by 14% year over year to Rs. 4,810 crore. In the previous year, their sales bookings totaled Rs. 4,230 crore.
From Rs. 14,520 crore in the 2023–24 fiscal year to a record Rs. 17,630 crore previous fiscal year, Macrotech Developers' sale bookings increased by 21%.
