M3M India Launches Jacob & Co. Branded Residences in Noida

M3M India is teaming up with New York's Jacob & Co. to build India’s first Jacob & Co. branded homes in Noida. It is a pretty big deal for fancy real estate in the country.

M3M Jacob & Co. Residences, the project sits in Sector 97, right by the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, adding some international style to the area.

Adding, Rs 2,100 crore into this spot, which covers almost six acres. There will be four impressive towers, each between 34 and 40 floors high. You can pick from a few homes: 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments and penthouses.

These places go from 2,500 to 6,400 sq ft. The apartments have big balconies that wrap around, giving you views of the Yamuna River and parks. Inside, the design is all Jacob & Co., with great materials, smart home tech, and even a Jacob & Co. watch made just for the residents.

The whole place is built around a raised platform with over 50,000 sq ft of amenities. Think sky lounges with themes, a private movie theater, and a pool that looks like it drops off the edge, a fancy clubhouse, a spa, and gardens. It is in a good spot too, making it easy to get to Delhi, the DND Flyway, and the new Noida International Airport.

Homes start at Rs 14 crore, and it should be complete around 2029–2030. Bookings were already going on this, so it looks like it will be a top spot for luxury living in India.
