The journey of The Livlit began in Fort, South Mumbai, in April 2021, with just 22 beds covering 5,000 sq ft. The brand followed up by expanding in April 2022, opening a bigger property in Ballard Estate with 75 beds and 12,000 sq ft.
In April 2023, the company’s new hotel in Andheri (W) features 80 rooms, as well as 9,000 sq ft of adaptable living area. On April 2024, a 90-bed facility was opened in Kharghar, giving local communities 12,000 sq ft for shared spaces.

Come July 2024, The Livlit has opened a 100-bed property in Prabhadevi covering well-planned space of 15,000 square feet. The Fort location opened with the opening of a 175-bed property, covering a space of almost 24,000 sq ft. Livlit will soon release a 100-bed project in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai by June 2025, covering an extra 14,000 sq ft of modern space. The Livlit will run about 850 beds on its 9 locations in Mumbai’s 8 main micro-markets by June 2025.
Revenue has increased steadily each year at The Livlit and projections indicate this will continue, from Rs. 1.85 crore in FY 2023 to Rs. 4.20 crore in FY 2024 and Rs. 9.10 crore in FY 2025. Because of its innovative approach and fast growth, the company has become the preferred choice for professionals and students who seek easy-going living spaces in Mumbai.
