Key Real Estate Developer 'Inspira Realty' unveils 2nd Premium Residential Project

With a projected topline of Rs. 500 crore, Inspira Realty has launched "Inspira Aura," its second premium residential project, in Borivali West, Mumbai.

The building provides well-thought-out two- and three-bedroom apartments that redefine urban living by fusing exclusivity with contemporary conveniences. The project, which is situated in Sai Baba Nagar, has easy access to important social infrastructure. Padel and pickleball courts, a pet park, a swimming pool, a jogging track, a spa and salon, and a little theater are among its unique micro-market features.

"Inspira Aura," which spans more than 37 stories on a one-acre plot of land with a building area of more than 4.5 lakh square feet, provides low-density living with a small number of balcony apartments, guaranteeing privacy and improved living conditions. The construction, which is scheduled to be finished by March 2029 in accordance with RERA, demonstrates Inspira Realty's dedication to high-end housing. At the moment, the company is working on seven more projects in Borivali, Vile Parle, Bandra, Chembur, and Malad.
