InterContinental Launches New Luxury Residences in Phuket

Proud​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Real Estate and IHG Hotels & Resorts have launched The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort, a luxury residential project on Kamala's west coast.

The two partners' next project after the fully sold-out InterContinental Residences Hua Hin, the THB 2.5 billion development is an exclusive residential extension of the award-winning Two MICHELIN Keys InterContinental Phuket Resort, the brand’s luxury footprint on the island.

Vivek Bhalla, Managing Director for South East Asia and Korea at IHG Hotels & Resorts, conveyed Phuket's long-term investment appeal.

Habita Architects designed the residential project to reflect the contemporary version of the Phuket's Sino-European heritage of the past. Among the architectural features are the stone façades, the shaded parts of the courtyard, and the balconies that are planned to be used for mountain and sea views.

The interiors are based on a calm, neutral palette with subtle Peranakan details that give the feeling of peace that fits with its resort surroundings.
