Godrej Properties Ltd has clocked sales of over Rs.1,000 crore with the launch of its newest residential venture, Godrej Regal Pavilion, in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. The firm sold 683 housing units on launch day, spanning a built-up area of approximately 1.20 million square feet.

The project, sprawling over 4.14 million square feet, has a total revenue potential of around Rs.3,600 crore, and is one of the largest developments in the city for the company.

Describing the milestone, Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director & CEO, Godrej Properties said, "This result demonstrates the increasing demand for trusted, branded homes and Hyderabad's high growth potential. We intend to develop superior-quality projects meeting the changing aspirations of the city."

  • Rajendra Nagar emerges as Hyderabad’s fast-growing hub
  • Godrej strengthens South India presence with major projects

This is the second significant success for Godrej Properties in Hyderabad within this year, which shows strong demand and trust for branded real estate among homebuyers.

Rajendra Nagar has become one of Hyderabad's fastest-developing residential areas, thanks to strong infrastructure development, airport proximity, and accessibility through the Outer Ring Road. Development potential of the place was a key factor in drawing customers towards the project.
