Gauhar Khan buys 3 Apartments for Rs. 10. 13 crore in Mumbai's Versova

Actor and model Gauhar Khan has purchased three apartments worth Rs. 10.13 crore in Mumbai’s Versova, according to property registration documents accessed by SquareYards. The apartments are located in Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society and have a combined carpet area of 3,497 sq ft.

Two of the three apartments, situated on the 14th and 15th floors, were jointly purchased by Gauhar Khan and her husband, Zaid Darbar, covering 2,393 sq ft and costing Rs. 7.33 crore. The third apartment, measuring 1,104 sq ft, was registered solely in Gauhar Khan’s name for Rs. 2.80 crore.

The total transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs. 57.95 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 60,000. Gauhar Khan availed the Maharashtra government’s 1% stamp duty concession, which is applicable to properties purchased in a woman’s name. The purchase also includes three car parking spaces.

According to the documents, all three apartments were sold by Kishore Patel. However, neither the buyers nor the seller could be reached for comment.

Data from SquareYards' Project Data Intelligence reveals that five property transactions totaling Rs. 14 crore were recorded in Shiv Kutir CHS between February 2024 and January 2025. The current average resale price in the project stands at Rs. 25,387 per sq ft.

Versova, a prime residential area in Mumbai’s western suburbs, offers easy access to commercial and entertainment hubs. It is well-connected via the Metro and other transport infrastructure, making it a sought-after location for homebuyers, SquareYards noted in a statement.
