
GAP Group’s flagship project, Akhilam, located in the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) of Gujarat, has received environmental clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA).
The approval, based on the SEIAA appraisal committee’s recommendation, allows the development of a modern integrated township with a built-up area of 1.03 lakh sq. meters.
The upcoming township will feature three residential towers and three commercial blocks, comprising 1,000 premium one BHK studio apartments and over 250 commercial spaces.
Key Highlights
Spanning 42,000 sq. meters, Akhilam is designed to integrate residential, business, and recreational amenities, positioning itself as a catalyst for Dholera’s urban and economic expansion.
According to Ambrish Parajiya, Managing Director of GAP Group, the project aligns with Dholera’s evolution as a smart city underpinned by large-scale infrastructure investments such as the Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway and the upcoming international airport.
Akhilam’s business park, office spaces, and luxury facilities are expected to attract both investors and residents seeking modern living within India’s first greenfield smart city region.
