G Square real estate developer from Chennai, has purchased a 714-acre project named Rakindo for Rs. 1,000 crore in Coimbatore and introduces its new township project named G Square Seven Hills.

It marks another important investment adding to the growing reputation of Coimbatore in the real estate market, says a report. G Square Seven Hills, the new name for Kovai Hills, occupies a total of 714 acres and its first phase has 406 acres with 3,127 DTCP and RERA-approved premium plots.

  • G Square acquires 714-acre Rakindo project for Rs. 1,000 crore.
  • New township 'Seven Hills' offers 3,127 DTCP & RERA-approved plots.
  • Project includes commercial zones, IT parks, villas & apartments.

The other 308 acres are meant for collaborations with important villa and apartment builders, unique infrastructure for IT and different commercial spaces, leasing, and business parks, along with malls and multiplexes. G Square is using this project to confirm its position as a growing player in plotted development and find other areas for business advancement.

Overlooking Coimbatore from its place along the Western Ghats near the Palakkad Gap in Kovaipudhur close to Madukkarai, this project above the city includes excellent views of Perur, Chettipalayam, Sundakkamuthur, and Theethipalayam. Since the township is on the outer fringe of reserve forests, it enjoys cooler temperatures, making the area lush. That’s why investing early can strongly benefit those interested in the real estate market.
