Embassy Greenshore Sells Rs. 860 Cr Homes in Just Five Days

Embassy Developments, the Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has recorded rapid sales at its newly launched residential project, Embassy Greenshore, selling over 450 units worth Rs. 860 crore within just five days, according to a company release.

The project is located inside the expansive 288-acre Embassy Springs township in North Bengaluru and spans 14 acres with a 1.55 million sq ft saleable area. It includes more than 878 units across 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK upper-mid segment apartments.

Phase 1 consists of 700 units spread across 1.34 million sq ft.

Looking ahead, Embassy Developments plans to launch six new residential projects in North Bengaluru worth nearly Rs. 10,300 crore, covering 5.6 million sq ft of premium apartments and villas. The firm has already obtained RERA approval for two major projects: Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase II, both situated within Embassy Springs. Greenshore will feature over 800 spacious apartments with larger layouts and enhanced specifications.
