Delhi-based Realtor BPTP infuses Rs. 3000 crore for Luxury Housing Project in Gurugram

In a statement, Delhi-NCR-based real estate developer BPTP announced that it would invest approximately Rs. 3000 crore to build a premium home complex in Gurugram.

It announced the opening of the upscale residential development "BPTP Amstoria Verti-Greens" in Sector 102, Gurugram, which is located on the Dwarka Expressway. There will be three stages to the project. It stated that RERA has approved the first phase.

On the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, BPTP will construct a new luxury housing development. There will be 2 and 3 BHK homes in the property.

The apartments range in size from 1600 to 2400 square feet and have two or three bedrooms. According to the firm, 885 housing units are anticipated in the first phase.

On a prime 12.05-acre plot of land on the main Dwarka Expressway, the project is now under development. The company stated that it has projected a topline of Rs. 6,500 crore and an investment of Rs. 3,000 crore for all project phases.

This project was started by BPTP at Rs. 19,000 per square foot. According to the corporation, 855 units are being developed in the first phase.
