CRC Group Unveils Rs 1,500 Cr Ultra Luxury Project in Greater Noida

Real estate company CRC Group has proposed an investment of around Rs. 1,500 crore towards developing an ultra-luxury residential development- The PERIDONA, in Greater Noida. Rolled out at a press conference in Dubai, the seven-acre complex will be constructed within the high-end Jaypee Greens Golf Course and is a major move in CRC's expansion drive.

"We will build 341 ultra-luxury apartments, including duplexes and villas, in this new project," stated Kunal Bhalla, Founder and CEO, CRC Group. The project will be built with the landowner Jaiprakash Associates Ltd.

The PERIDONA will have a saleable area of 2.1 million sq ft and a developable area of 3.1 million sq ft. The apartments will be sold by invitation only, an indicator of the project's premium positioning in the market.

"This is the second project envisioned to establish a new global standard for luxury condominiums where sustainability is an integral part," commented Salil Kumar, Director (Marketing and Business Management), CRC Group.

In order to achieve this vision, CRC collaborated with more than 50 consultants worldwide, such as Killa Design, Rockwell Group, Gensler Architects, SWA Group, and project management company MACE.

The opening is in the backdrop of a boom in the Delhi-NCR luxury residential segment. CBRE said 3,960 units of luxury homes worth Rs.6 crore and more were sold in the zone in H1 2025, more than three times the number of 1,280 units sold in H1 last year.

CRC has already delivered two housing projects with 1,400 units and is working on residential as well as commercial projects on Noida and Greater Noida.
