Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director of Casagrand, shared the idea based on the project. According to him, this piece of work was the first move in their worldwide voyage. “At Hermina, our key achievement was to harmonize two contrasting factors- the peacefulness of a beach setting and the liveliness of a modern lifestyle thus providing cutting-edge yet sustainable homes that foster the quality of living,” he pointed out.
The homes have an area of 827 to 2,536 sq. ft. and are fitted with smart-home gadgets, green materials, and energy-saving features. In such a place, swimming pools along with cabanas, spa and steam suites, sky cinema, mini theatre, trampoline zones, a fitness centre, aqua gym, yoga decks, landscaped gardens, children’s zones, and a scenic marina promenade are also available for the residents.
