Brigade Group unveils Senior Homes in Mysuru targeting Rs. 300 crore Revenue

Brigade Group, a listed real estate developer located in Bengaluru, announced on March 28 that it has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a new luxury residential project in Mysuru, with an estimated revenue of Rs. 300 crore.

With a gross development value (GDV) of Rs. 300 crore, the planned project will have a developable area of 4.5 lakh square feet. According to the business, the project would comprise 75% luxury flats and 25% senior living spaces.

A deal of Rs. 2700 crore was struck in January by Brigade Group to develop a residential property plot on Whitefield-Hoskote Road.

Through its subsidiary Ananthay Properties Private Limited, the residential project will span 20 acres, have a total saleable area of roughly 2.5 million square feet, and cost roughly Rs. 630 crore in land.

The company revealed intentions to build a Rs. 750-crore commercial area on Bengaluru's Old Airport Road in August 2024. The 1.4 million square feet of leasable space in the commercial complex is anticipated to bring in Rs. 100 crore in lease income annually.

Brigade Insignia, a high-end residential development in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, with a potential income of Rs. 1100 crore, was also introduced by the business in June 2024. The Brigade Insignia is made up of six towers on a 6-acre plot of land that house 379 units of 3, 4, and 5 BHK flats.

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Group, said, “This land deal is a significant milestone in our efforts to expand our footprint in Mysuru. As part of Brigade Group's long-term strategy, we aim to bring thoughtfully designed residential spaces to key markets like Mysuru, and nurture vibrant communities that symbolise quality, innovation, and holistic living."
