In its 50-acre residential township near the airport, the Bengaluru-based Brigade Group has launched a new housing tower with 948 one-bedroom apartments.
At Brigade El Dorado, the company’s 50-acre township in the city’s KIADB Aerospace Park, Brigade Group, based in Bengaluru, has launched a residential tower named “Cobalt.” According to a regulatory filing, the company anticipates a revenue of more than 400 crore rupees from the 6.1 million square feet project.
The private apartment community will contain 948 one-room lofts and is supposed to be finished in the second quarter of monetary year 2028-29. Residents will appreciate 80 amenities, including an emergency clinic, a focal park, a multiplex, sports and retail offices, the organization said.
Regarding this Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited, “In the recent past, there has been a surge in the number of multinational companies that have chosen to set up shop in North Bengaluru, creating a demand for skilled talent. This in turn has fuelled the growth and demand for high quality, sustainable real estate in the region”.
Possible home purchasers in the locale are principally twenty to thirty year olds, who aren’t only searching for houses, yet rather facilities that reflect their achievements and match their goals, he added.
The launch of Brigade Insignia, a high-end residential development in North Bengaluru with a potential revenue of 1,100 crore rupees, was also announced late last month.
Brigade Group is a license holder of six World Trade Centers across South India, in Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Trivandrum and Devanahalli. Throughout the 38 years they company has completed around 300 buildings, spanning 90 million square feet across a diverse portfolio.
