According to a regulatory filing by Brigade Group on September 22, 2023, the Bengaluru-based public real estate developer Brigade Group announced the signing of a joint development agreement for a new residential project located in South Bengaluru residential market with an estimated GDV of Rs. 1,200 crore.
Earlier in January 2023, Brigade Group signed an agreement for the development of a residential land parcel located along Whitefield-Hoskote Road project with an estimated development potential of Rs. 2700 crore. Located on a sprawling 20-acres of land, the residential project is expected to have a total saleable area of almost 2.5 million sq ft, with a total land cost of approximately Rs. 630 crore through their subsidiary Ananthay Properties Private Limited.

Brigade Group also signed a joint development agreement for a new plotted development project located in East Bengaluru, with an estimated GDV of Rs. 175 crore, as announced on April 21, 2025.
Currently, Brigade Group has a pipeline of future residential projects with an estimated 12.61 million square feet of new development expected to be completed in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
