Bollywood Star Shakti Kapoor sells his Juhu Apartment for Rs. 6.11 crore

According to property registration records that SquareYards was able to get, Bollywood star Shakti Kapoor sold his residence in the Juhu neighborhood of Mumbai for Rs. 6.11 crore.

Juhu's Silver Beach Heaven Co-operative Society is where the flat is situated. Documents indicate that the flat is on the first floor and has a built-up size of 881 square feet.

According to the records, Satish Venkatesh and Archana Taneja, who live in Bengaluru, purchased the apartment.

On December 26, 2024, the apartment transaction was registered, and Rs. 30,000 was paid in registration costs and stamp duty of Rs. 36.66 lakh.

According to records obtained by Zapkey, Shakti Kapoor and her daughter Shraddha Kapoor made headlines lately when they paid Rs. 6.24 crore for a luxurious apartment in Mumbai. The property is situated in the Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower and was registered on January 13, 2025. According to the property paperwork, the apartment's total carpet area, including two balconies, is 1042.73 square feet.

Juhu is a prestigious suburban area in the western part of Mumbai. The neighborhood is home to a number of Bollywood celebs.
