Bhartiya Urban to Introduce Over 5,000 Nikoo Homes Apartments

Bhartiya Urban plans to introduce over 5,000 apartments that include the Nikoo Homes brand through its real estate development business across different districts in Bengaluru over the following 15 months totaling more than 9 million square feet of residential areas.

The luxury residential properties of Nikoo Homes will feature premium amenities that include swimming pool facilities together with fitness centers amongst others.  Bhartiya Urban the real estate development division of Bhartiya Group.

Nikoo Homes operates as the primary project of Bhartiya Urban within Bhartiya City through which the company has developed 125 acres of integrated residential space at Hebbal totaling 17 million square feet. With Bhartiya City's ecosystem more than 6600 families inhabit Nikoo Homes through which residents can choose from variety of properties such as smart studios alongside lofts and four-bedroom apartments. Bhartiya Urban introduced Bhartiya Converge as its latest business initiative to help international businesses establish their Global Capability Centres (GCCs) within India. GCC enablement will receive complete solutions from the platform which combines advisory services with consultancy and operations and management services.
