In one of Bengaluru’s most expensive property deals, Paresh Raja, CEO of Market Financial Solutions, bought a penthouse in the 27 Summit project at MAIA Estates for a whopping Rs. 54.38 crore, according to Zapkey’s documents.

Found in Sampangiram Nagar, one of central Bengaluru’s top neighborhoods, the penthouse is on the 25th and 26th levels of an upscale residential building and totals 7,065 sq ft on the carpet. According to what is stated in the sale document, the building covers a total area of 10,629 sq ft.

Because of the agreement’s rates of Rs. 77,000 per sq ft for the total carpet area and Rs. 51,170 per sq ft for supplemented space, the deal is listed by real estate experts as one of Bengaluru’s most prestigious housing sales recently. You will have four parking spaces, a double garage and a private storage space with this purchase. The property in this transaction was acquired from Nestled Haven Developers LLP.

The apartments for sale at MAIA Estates’ project 27 Summit are going at prices of Rs. 20 crore for 4,200 sq ft, with the same company recently selling its top-end penthouse unit for much more, according to sources. According to records, the project should be completed no later than November 27, 2025.

“It’s a centrally located area and part of Bengaluru’s Central Business District (CBD), with proximity to top hotels like ITC Gardenia and other major landmarks,” said Kiran Kumar, vice president of Hanu Reddy Realty. “While only a few projects in this locality command such premium pricing, most luxury properties in the area are typically priced between ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per sq ft. The location is highly valued due to its easy access to high streets like MG Road and Brigade Road,” he said.
