Aspect Realty Invests Rs, 1,200 Crore in Ultra-Luxury Housing Project - Shivam

Aspect Realty, the rapidly growing real estate division of Aspect Global Ventures, will invest Rs. 1,200 crore to develop its most ambitious residential project yet—Shivam, a 57-storey luxury tower in Worli, Mumbai. Upon completion, the project is projected to generate a top-line revenue of Rs. 3,850 crore, further cementing its status as a premium high-value development in Mumbai’s prime real estate market.

The 57-storey residential tower, standing 215 meters tall, will offer panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and Mumbai’s skyline. Spanning 5,50,000 sq ft, the development will feature ultra-luxurious residences priced competitively starting from Rs. 10 crore per apartment, making it a compelling proposition in the premium segment.

The project is expected to be completed in six years, setting a new benchmark for luxury living in Worli.
