Asha Bhosle Pune Flat Deal Highlights Premium Realty Demand

Legend playback singer Asha Bhosle and her son Anand Bhosle have sold their luxury apartment in Pune for Rs.6.15 crore, earning a 42 percent return on investment, as per property documents available with CRE Matrix.

The 3,401 sq ft flat, on the 19th floor of Panchshil One North off Magarpatta City, was bought by Bhosle in February 2013 for Rs.4.33 crore. The sale was registered on July 14, 2025, for over Rs.43 lakh as stamp duty and a registration charge of Rs.30,000.

The flat comes equipped with a 182 sq ft terrace area and five exclusive parking spaces. It was purchased by Pune-based Prerna Gaikwad and Sangram Gaikwad.

Panchshil One North is a luxury project by Panchshil Realty, located around 9 km from Pune Airport, 6 km from Kharadi, and 25 km from Hinjewadi IT Park, so it's an inviting address for home buyers and investors alike.

Although the celebrity seller and buyers were not available for comment, the transaction is at a time when the Pune real estate market is cooling. Residential sales in Pune declined 8 percent from 93,737 units in June 2024 to 86,666 units in June 2025, although average prices increased 7.3 percent.

88,000 new units were launched in the city in 2024–25, down from 99,000 in the earlier year.
