Aranyaka Unveils 4 Luxury Second Home Projects with Premium Amenities

Aranyaka, a prominent player in India's gated second-home market, has officially launched with four notable residential projects that provide discerning buyers a premium, nature-integrated lifestyle.

Aranyaka was founded by well-resourced individuals with pedigree in real estate consulting and land advisory. The team transitioned to full-time development in 2022. The first project was Araville Farms in Naugaon, which is conveniently reached in 1-1.5 hours from Delhi and Gurgaon via the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway.

The project was quickly sold out, and today it stands as a benchmark for second home living in the Delhi-NCR region. Following this success, Aranyaka launched Twin Lakes, a 50-acre neighborhood nestled amongst water bodies and natural greenery. Two new projects, Sway in Naugaon and Socorro in Goa, are now being launched as Aranyaka continues to expand its presence across India.
