With this move, Xenious will now operate under the Alivaa umbrella, reinforcing the group’s commitment to becoming a leading player in India’s mid-market hospitality segment. The integration supports Alivaa’s multi-brand strategy, with three distinct hospitality offerings now under its banner: Alivaa – contemporary lifestyle stays. Hoften – youth-oriented, modern accommodations. Xenious – dependable, quality accommodation for business and leisure travelers.

Currently operating 16 hotels across key Indian cities, Alivaa has laid out an ambitious five-year plan to scale to 100 hotels nationwide. This investment positions the group to serve a broader range of traveler preferences, blending affordability with operational excellence.
