According to property registration papers that IndexTap.com, Alia Bhatt's production company Eternal Sunshine Production has leased an apartment in the Bandra neighborhood of Mumbai for Rs. 9 lakh per month.
The flat is located on the sixth story of the Vastu Building on Nargis Dutt Road in the Pali Hill neighborhood of Bandra, per the paperwork.
According to the paperwork, Narendra Shetty paid a Rs. 36 lakh security deposit to lease the unit.
According to IndexTap.com, the flat has been leased for 48 months, or four years, which includes a 5% annual rent increase.
The transaction was registered on February 21, 2025, according to the document. The Rs. 1,000 registration fee and Rs. 1.25 lakh stamp duty have been paid.
