Actor Ishaan Khatter Purchases Rs 29.4 Crore Property in Pali Hill

The residential real estate market in high-end areas of the city of Mumbai has not been experiencing any slowdown in the demand for premium residential properties. Recently, actor Ishaan Khatter bought a luxury apartment in the upmarket Pali Hills at 29.4 crore, which highlights the still popular demand for luxury homes in celebrity preferred micro markets. The property registration records show that the flat is in Navroz Apartment and that it was sold by Kapil M Mahtani.

The consideration value of the transaction that was formerly registered on February 5, 2026, was 29.37 crore, and the stamp duty amounted to 1.76 crore. The 2,989.05 sq ft apartment is priced at 98,000 per sq ft, and meets current rates in the region.
