
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new property, Lemon Tree Hotel, Simara, Nepal, marking a strategic expansion of its presence in the country.
With this addition, the company’s portfolio in Nepal will grow to seven properties, including two operational hotels and five upcoming developments. This reflects a focused approach toward strengthening its footprint in high-growth gateway cities and transit-oriented markets.
The upcoming hotel will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

The property is designed to cater to the evolving needs of modern travellers, offering a blend of comfort, connectivity, and comprehensive amenities.
The Lemon Tree Hotel, Simara will feature 98 well-appointed rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for both business and leisure guests. It is planned as a full-service hospitality hub, incorporating a multi-cuisine restaurant and a lounge, enhancing the overall guest experience. In addition, the hotel will include expansive banquet and conference facilities, making it suitable for corporate events, meetings, and social gatherings.
To complement its hospitality offerings, the property will also feature wellness amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre. These facilities are aimed at providing a balanced and holistic stay experience, aligning with the expectations of today’s travellers.
