IHCL Marks 4 Years of Taj Innercircle with NeuPass

The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has also marked the 4th anniversary of its loyalty programme, Taj InnerCircle with NeuPass, further affirming its interest in improving the level of engagement with the guests and provision of smooth hospitality experiences in its wide array of brands.

The milestone underscores the persistence by IHCL in the provision of integrated and personalised benefits through its brands, such as Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta, Gateway, Ginger, Tree of Life, amana Stays and Trails, and the Claridges Collection.

The programme has been placed as a major pillar in developing a strong customer loyalty and triggering repeat involvement among the leisure and business segments.

Parveen Chander Kumar, the Executive Vice President - Commercial, IHCL, added that the venture shows that the company takes the time to create memorable experiences and at the same time grant convenience and value to its members in the brand ecosystem.

In a special offer to mark the anniversary, IHCL has offered a special period discount to Taj InnerCircle and NeuPass members, where they can save up to 20 per cent on accommodation inclusive of breakfast and get discounts on dining and wellness services including spa treatments and salon services. The employer will also have an advantage of earning twice the value of NeuCoins whenever making eligible bookings and in-stay spending.

The offer applies to the booking which takes place between March 20 and April 20, 2026 and can be used until September 30, 2026, in the participating hotels.
