Scheduled to open in 2029, the hotel is expected to feature approximately 200 guest rooms, along with multiple dining venues, wellness facilities, and event spaces. The property is designed to cater to both leisure and business travellers, including meetings, conferences, and social events.

In a separate agreement, BCV Developers Private Limited will develop Hyatt House Bengaluru Devanahalli, a greenfield project near Kempegowda International Airport. The property is expected to open in 2027 and will offer 135 serviced apartments tailored for both short and extended stays. Planned amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, bar, meeting facilities, swimming pool, and fitness centre.

The Bengaluru development is strategically positioned to serve the rapidly growing Devanahalli region, which is emerging as a major business and innovation hub with projects such as IT parks, the Aerospace Science Park, and the upcoming Financial City.

Nirupa Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited: "The project marks the company’s first collaboration with Hyatt and reflects its focus on expanding hospitality developments in Chennai."

Dhruva Rathore, Vice President of Development, India and Southwest Asia at Hyatt: "The agreements align with the company’s plans to expand its presence in cities such as Chennai and Bengaluru, where demand for hospitality services continues across business and leisure segments."
