CGH Earth Saha has announced the launch of Isai Karai, an intimate five-room coastal bungalow in Mahabalipuram, a historic seaside destination known for its rich cultural heritage.

Located just 50 metres from the shore along the Bay of Bengal, the boutique retreat blends traditional bungalow-style privacy with modern hospitality comforts. Meaning “musical shore,” Isai Karai is designed as a tranquil sanctuary surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sound of waves. The property is strategically positioned near iconic landmarks such as the Shore Temple and Arjuna’s Penance, offering guests seamless access to heritage experiences alongside nature.

The property’s landscape includes stone pathways, shaded courtyards, and fruit-bearing trees such as papaya, mango, and star fruit, enhancing its serene, garden-like setting.

Culinary offerings focus on Tamil coastal cuisine, with fresh seafood as a highlight, alongside customised dishes. Guests can enjoy relaxed evenings with poolside barbecues featuring freshly caught seafood in an open-air setting.
