Primus Sangama: Primus Sangama

Luxury has changed. People still value beautiful homes, but today they also expect a life that feels easier, healthier, and more connected. They want wellness they can rely on, services that remove daily friction, and a community they can truly belong to. At the same time, family life is evolving. More families want to live close without living on top of each other. Independence matters. So does proximity.

Primus Sangama by Primus Senior Living brings these needs together into one integrated living ecosystem: multi-generational homes supported by a service-first model, designed to protect health span, strengthen connection, and help residents live well for longer.

A Lifestyle Powered by Services

At Primus Sangama, services are not an accessory to real estate; they are at the core of the living experience. The community is designed to bring hospitality, preventive healthcare, nutrition, and social interaction into everyday life, creating a social ecosystem that supports autonomy, wellbeing, and connection across generations.

Preventive healthcare is one of the most distinctive pillars. Residents are supported by an in-house medical ecosystem that includes doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists. Care is coordinated through electronic health records, enabling continuous support instead of reactive care. Technology strengthens this model through passive and wearable monitoring, tracking indicators such as sleep, mobility, oxygen levels, and early signs of emerging concerns. The goal is simple: spot issues early, act sooner, and stay well longer.

Nutrition is another core service layer. Primus Sangama includes a nutritionist-supported food court that serves balanced meals aligned to different age groups and health needs. This removes the hidden burden of planning, cooking, and compromise while preserving choice. Meal services can also be requested, giving residents flexibility without losing nutritional quality.

Community building is treated as an organised service rather than a side activity. A full-time engagement and events team runs multi-generational programmes that bring children, parents, and grandparents together. These programmes include wellness sessions, interest groups, and cultural events that reduce loneliness, strengthen relationships, and create everyday belonging that improves mood and quality of life.

Support services are designed to remove friction without removing autonomy. Housekeeping, concierge, maintenance, and day-to-day assistance are integrated into the community, with 24/7 help available at the press of a button. The outcome is freedom: residents stay in control, while the ecosystem quietly handles what would otherwise become daily stress.

“Luxury today is not about marble or fittings. It is about health, companionship, and freedom of choice. When services remove friction from daily life, people are able to live on their own terms, for longer,” says Adarsh Narahari, Founder and Managing Director of Primus Senior Living.

Building India’s Next-Generation Living Ecosystem

Primus Sangama builds on 10 years of experience in senior living and represents a clear shift in how urban India defines premium housing. It began with a simple insight drawn from real conversations: older adults wanted their children close by, but not under the same roof; working couples sought a home that did not demand daily management; and families desired proximity without compromise. These needs converged into a single idea multi-generational living, where separate homes coexist within one shared ecosystem of care, comfort, and essential services.

At its core, Primus Sangama reflects a philosophical shift: Primus Senior Living is not simply building homes, but shaping a longevity and lifestyle ecosystem. The residence is one part of the system, alongside preventive care, nutrition, community connection, and low-stress living.

The architecture intentionally rejects cold, glass-and-steel templates. Instead, it draws on Chettinad-influenced Indian design, using materials and forms that feel familiar and calm: stone, terracotta, red oxide flooring, wooden pillars, and Mangalore tiles. Natural light, cross-ventilation, and greenery, including mature trees and planted balconies, create daily closeness to nature, supporting wellbeing and comfort.

Primus Senior Living is operational in five major Indian cities, plans to expand into NCR, and has approximately 3,500 homes under construction. The longer-term ambition is to build around 5,000 units per city, expanding through regional centres and operating with the consistency and service mindset of a hospitality platform.
