A year ago, the team launched Prabha Anahita near its previously completed developments Prabha Joy and Clubtown Gardens. The company committed to a 2029 handover timeline. It now targets delivery in 2028, a year ahead of schedule. This accelerated timeline reflects disciplined planning and operational confidence.

Looking ahead, what expansion opportunities does Prabha Realty foresee around Prabha Anahita, and how does it plan to capitalize on them?

Prabha Anahita stands as a complete project in its current form. The company has not planned internal phases within the existing development. It has identified an adjoining parcel of land that directly abuts the project boundary.

The landowners have expressed strong interest in collaborating. The company is evaluating the opportunity to acquire the parcel. If the acquisition proceeds, it plans to develop another project on that site. This expansion would build on the presence established through the company.
