When asked the question, how is innovation reshaping everyday living in India’s bathrooms? – A plain and simple answer would be that builders and homeowners are embracing polymer-based fittings that combine durability, sustainability and style across the country. Furthermore, engineering-grade plastics are rapidly replacing traditional metals offering rust-free performance, easy maintenance and modern aesthetics.
But creating such precision driven products demand complex tooling and deep technical know-how. While this remains a challenge for many, Aquatek Sanitary Fittings sees it as an opportunity. Positioned at the intersection of technology, design, and sustainability, the company continues to lead the shift toward next-generation bathroom solutions.
A Resilient Journey
Aquatek Sanitary Fittings Pvt. Ltd. began as an extension of Spark Indplast, founded by Managing Director Ashok Kumar in 1995, known for supplying precision plastic injection moulding components to major automobile brands like Pricol, Roots and TRW Rane. After gaining strong technical expertise and quality systems through its B2B work, the team identified rising consumer-market opportunities and launched Aquatek in 2008 as a direct B2C brand in polymer sanitary fittings.
Aquatek operated under Spark Indplast until it was spun off as Aquatek Sanitary Fittings Pvt. Ltd. to focus on brand building and product expansion. As a first-generation enterprise, it grew steadily by starting in Tamil Nadu and later expanding to Kerala, Karnataka and Eastern states such as West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar and Jharkhand.
A systematic expansion strategy, strong dealer networks and a committed team helped the company build a trusted nationwide presence and earn consistent market recognition.
Each year, Aquatek Sanitary Fittings expands its portfolio with thoughtfully designed additions to stay fresh, relevant and aligned with customer preferences.
It aims to remain easily accessible by ensuring its products are available in every neighbourhood. In a nutshell, its vision is to become the leading brand in polymer sanitary fittings across India and Asia, powered by cutting-edge technology, continuous innovation and a deep understanding of consumer expectations.
Affordability, uncompromising quality, smart packaging and attentive service form the pillars of its promise. These values guide every decision, ensuring consistent convenience and satisfaction for every customer.
Today, the company maintains a strong nationwide presence, diverse product portfolio and an unwavering commitment to quality. “We are a testament to Indian engineering excellence, redefining everyday living one fitting at a time”, states Ashok Kumar, Director, Aquatek Sanitary Fittings.

The company offers a comprehensive range of polymer sanitary fittings designed to serve every segment of the Indian market—premium, mid-range, and economy. Its flagship range, the ‘Aquatek’ series represents high-end fittings that combine superior performance with refined aesthetics. The ‘Aquapride’ line caters to the mid-market segment, offering the perfect balance of quality and affordability, while the Pride range delivers reliable, budget-friendly solutions without compromising on durability.
Complementing these is ‘Noble’, a modern square series line that showcases contemporary design and precision engineering in polymer taps. Together, these ranges embody Aquatek Sanitary Fittings’ commitment to innovation, durability and design versatility, ensuring that every customer finds a product suited to their needs and preferences.
Overall, Aquatek Sanitary Fittings’ success lies in a strong foundation of technology and innovation. The company’s in house R&D and design teams continuously develop new products driven by real-time market insights and feedback from its extensive sales network. Additionally, the company’s manufacturing infrastructure features fully automated injection moulding machines and robotic assembly systems, delivering precision, consistency and operational efficiency.
