
Yes2Broker (Y2B), India’s first progressive real estate platform, has announced a series of women-focused initiatives aimed at expanding its statewide presence and driving inclusive, transparent growth across the real estate sector.
Central to this rollout is the #Yes2Her campaign, which encourages women-led property ownership by offering an assured cashback of Rs 1,00,000 on purchases made in a woman’s name.
The company is also launching a nationwide program to onboard women as Channel Partners, creating one of India’s largest women-driven sales and distribution networks.

This move is expected to significantly strengthen Y2B’s reach across major metros and emerging high-potential markets. The initiative is further supported by existing government and financial benefits for women property owners, including reduced stamp duty, lower home loan interest rates, enhanced tax deductions, and subsidies under schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).

To strengthen its partner base, Y2B is introducing industry-aligned training, covering real estate fundamentals, negotiation skills, certification, mentorship, and access to verified property inventory and qualified buyer leads. The model also supports entrepreneurship, enabling women to build independent business units and earn brokerage-based income.
