WeWork India has conveyed a significant plunge of its business in Hyderabad and has devoted the amount of 100 crore in expanding its business by adding about 3,300 desks by June 2026. The growth will be financed by the mixture of the internal accruals and debt, as the company believes in the long-term demand of the flexible workspace solutions in the city.

Hyderabad has become one of the fastest-growing commercial real estate markets in India with high demand in the form of technology; global capability centers (GCCs), startups, and enterprise occupiers to reach scalable and agile office models.
