All projects have been crafted with contemporary architecture, lifestyle-oriented amenities, and robust connectivity, with a focus on both end-users and buyers.

Scaling up from high-end residential developments, SOBL has also launched a 25-acre affordable housing township in Boisar (Palghar district) under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (PMAY-U).

  • Company strengthens dual strategy of premium suburban developments and value housing to meet rising Mumbai housing demand

The township will have 3,300 affordable homes along with basic infrastructure like sewage and drainage networks, piped gas, power backup, office space, and recreation facilities.
