Omaxe Group has announced an investment of approximately ₹250 crore to develop a premium residential project in Lucknow, which will strengthen its expansion plans for emerging urban markets. The project named Omaxe Cassia will be developed by its wholly owned subsidiary which operates within the 690-acre Omaxe Metro City Township located along Raebareli Road, a residential area that is currently experiencing rapid growth.
The development will feature eight residential towers which will provide 2BHK and 3BHK apartments to meet the rising demand for high-end housing in second-tier cities. The company plans to finish the project within three years while meeting RERA requirements. The project has attracted strong buyer interest as early construction work started but nearly 300 of the 360 units have been sold.

The project location will determine its success because Raebareli Road currently undergoes infrastructure development and connectivity enhancements. The township setting provides multiple amenities which create a complete residential experience that homebuyers now prefer over independent housing developments.
Omaxe explained that current buyer preferences are creating demand for residential communities that deliver complete infrastructure and connectivity and outdoor facilities. The Lucknow real estate market has been gaining traction in recent years due to urban expansion and rising end-user demand, making it an attractive destination for developers.
