Hero Realty, through its subsidiary Vikas Parks, has acquired 8.71 acres in Mohali’s Sector 99 via a GMADA auction for Rs. 262.75 crore, further consolidating its presence in the Tricity real estate market.
The land parcel will be developed into a new residential project, aligning with the company’s expansion strategy and commitment to offering high-quality housing in Punjab. Hero Realty has established a strong presence in Mohali with its flagship Hero Homes project in Sector 88, where 544 units have already been delivered under Phase 1, Phase 2 possessions are ongoing, and Phase 3 has been launched.

The company is currently developing 5.2 million sq. ft. of residential projects across NCR and Punjab and has delivered 230 acres of industrial parks in Haridwar along with six million sq. ft. of completed projects nationwide.
