Brigade Signs JDA for 8.63-Acre East Bengaluru Township

Brigade Group has expanded its residential presence in Bengaluru through a joint development agreement that covers an 8.63-acre land parcel for development in Gunjur which lies within the city's eastern corridor that is currently undergoing rapid expansion.

The agreement functions as a crucial achievement because it establishes the pathway needed to create a 39-acre integrated township development that will be constructed along the Whitefield–Sarjapur Road which represents one of Bengaluru's most desirable residential areas.The proposed township will function as a residential area which will generate gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹7,200 crore.

 

The project includes development of a master-planned community which will provide various housing options to different demographic groups including multi-generational family units and elder care facilities.
