Brigade Plans 39-Acre Bengaluru Township, Rs 7,200 cr

Brigade Enterprises, a real estate development company, has revealed details about its upcoming 39-acre integrated township project, which will be developed in Bengaluru and is expected to generate ₹7,200 crore in revenue.

The project will be built in the Whitefield-Sarjapur corridor, which serves as a major residential area that offers excellent infrastructure and connectivity to nearby employment centers.

The company has established a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to acquire an 8.63-acre land parcel located in Gunjur, East Bengaluru as part of its expansion project.

The agreement plays a vital role in securing land needed to establish the larger township which will be developed through direct land purchases and partnership agreements. The Joint Development Agreement (JDA) creates new development possibilities for the complete master-planned community.

The planned township development will establish a residential area which contains extensive housing facilities that meet the needs of different population groups and multi-generational families.

The project will deliver contemporary facilities which include interconnected systems and expertly designed areas to establish a complete residential community that operates independently.

Brigade Enterprises uses this project as a part of its strategy to increase its residential property holdings in high-demand urban areas. The Whitefield–Sarjapur region, in particular, continues to attract strong housing demand due to ongoing infrastructure upgrades and its status as a major IT and employment hub.
