Brigade Enterprises Ltd announced that it received a major injection of INR 126 crore from Shruti Pai, Manipal Education and Medical Group International India Pvt. Ltd.'s Creative Director, into its new Twin Towers project at North-West Bengaluru.
The strategic investment is intended to speed up the development of the luxury residential project that Brigade touts as a landmark project for the area.
Though the company has not revealed details of the stake or investment pattern, the funding is seen as an indication of increased investor optimism in Bengaluru's high-rise luxury residential realty market, especially in fast-growing micro-markets.
