Assetz Unveils Premium Housing Project in Southeast Bengaluru

Assetz, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has also already introduced a luxury residential apartment in the south-eastern area of the city, with 204 three-bedrooms, with prices starting at 2.3 crore and above. The Melodies of Life Apartments project occupies a land area of about three acres and is situated along the Hosa road, HSRLayout.

It will consist of two towers in a low rise neighbourhood with an apartment size of between 1,827 to 1,853 sq ft. almost 38,000 sq ft of duplex clubhouse facilities will be shared in between the two towers, and the adjacent Assetz Melodies of Life plotted development.

The project is characterized by the lobbies with the height of 2, native landscape, selected material color, remote-controlled blinds, and the sports facilities of the new age, including padel and pickleball courts.

According to Akshay Dewani, CEO, Assetz, it was aimed to design houses, which are directly related to nature but would provide modern comforts of living. Sunil Pareek, the Executive Director, Assetz Saud, further claimed that low-density planning, sustainability, and good governance continue to dominate the community building strategy of the company.

Assetz has formulated and scheduled a total of 50 million sq ft in Bengaluru and the company has a total of over 50 projects and also more than 700 acres that have been procured or licensed. The company also acquired 11.5 acres in East Bengaluru last year where it plans to develop a luxury project with GDV of over 1,400 crore with the support of Motilal Oswal Alternates.
