Ashiana Housing Launches 558 Cr Jaipur Project

Ashiana Housing has launched a new premium residential project in Jaipur with an estimated investment of Rs 558 crore, further strengthening its presence in Rajasthan’s rapidly growing housing market. Named Ashiana Oma, the township is located in the Mansarovar Extension area along the Ajmer Road corridor, one of Jaipur’s emerging residential micro-markets witnessing rising demand for spacious premium homes and integrated lifestyle developments.

Spread across approximately 10.35 acres, the project will be developed in two phases and will comprise a total of 490 residential units. The company has already launched the first phase, which includes 280 apartments with an estimated investment of nearly Rs 186.78 crore.
