Arvind SmartSpaces has acquired, on an outright basis, a Vastrapur residential project in Ahmedabad, marking a significant expansion of its footprint in one of the city’s most sought-after micro-markets.
The newly acquired project spans a saleable area of 3.6 lakh sq ft and carries a top-line potential of approximately Rs. 400 crore. Spread across a 1.15-acre site, this development becomes the company’s 24th project in Gujarat.
The location offers strategic advantages, including proximity to established civic and social infrastructure, major metro corridors, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and retail hubs.
Key Highlights
The project also benefits from strong connectivity to prominent commercial clusters, including Navratna Business Park and Pinnacle Business Park, enhancing its appeal to both end-users and investors.
Arvind SmartSpaces noted that this acquisition strengthens its position in West Ahmedabad and aligns with its broader expansion across both horizontal and vertical real estate developments in core regions. The company’s disclosures also highlight its legacy connection to the Lalbhai Group, alongside a robust development portfolio covering about 10.8 crore sq ft across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune.
Priyansh Kapoor, CEO and whole-time director, said, "We will add new projects across Gujarat, Bengaluru and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region during the remainder of the year."
