ArisInfra to Launch Arsh Greens Plots in Bengaluru

ArisInfra Solutions has announced that its unit, ArisUnitern RE Solutions, in association with Vaishnavi Residences, will be launching 'Arsh Greens an elite community of villa plots within Bengaluru city limits, from the coming festive season beginning with Dussehra.

The Arsh Greens development covers 4 acres in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru, with a gross development area of 206,000 square feet and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding Rs 200 crore.

The development has 77 luxury plots, each laid out to house 3 BHK villas of 2,600+ sq. ft. on a carefully designed rectangular plot.

  • ArisInfra Solutions’ unit ArisUnitern RE Solutions, in partnership with Vaishnavi Residences, will launch the premium Arsh Greens villa plot project in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, during the Dussehra festive season
  • Spread across 4 acres with 77 luxury plots, the RERA-compliant project has achieved full financial closure and carries a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over Rs 200 crore
  • Construction is underway with completion expected in 24–30 months; plot release orders are anticipated by October 2025

The project has fully secured financial closure and is fully RERA-compliant. ArisUnitern will manage the entire lifecycle—from financial closure and execution to sales, CRM, collections, and final handover. Construction has begun with an estimated completion in 24–30 months. Plot release orders are expected by the end of October 2025.

Vaishnavi Residences is an emerging Bengaluru-headquartered real estate developer. ArisInfra Solutions, the holding company, runs a B2B technology platform that digitalizes procurement of construction materials throughout India, catering to the real estate and infrastructure industry.

Concurrently, ArisInfra posted a 45.38 percent fall in consolidated net profit to Rs 3.31 crore for Q1 FY26, even as revenue rose by 11.39 percent  to Rs 212.08 crore. The shares of the company dipped 0.75 percent to trade at Rs 159.65 on the BSE.
