According to documents obtained from Propstack, Bollywood actress Tamannaah Bhatia has leased a commercial property in Mumbai's Juhu area for Rs.18 lakh per month.
The high-end residential project, measuring 6065 square feet, is situated in the Western Wind building on Juhu Tara Road. The deed for this property was officially registered on June 27. According to the documents, the monthly rent will increase to Rs. 20.16 lakh from the fourth year onwards, and to Rs 20.96 lakh from the fifth year.
Nanavati Construction is the seller, and Bhatia has paid a security deposit of Rs. 72 lakh for the transaction. The actress has also paid a stamp duty of Rs. 2.9 lakh during the registration.
Documents obtained by Propstack reveal that Bhatia pledged three Mumbai properties for Rs. 7.84 crore in a separate transaction. These properties, spanning a combined area of 2595 sq ft, are situated in Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West. The Indian Bank is the lender, and the mortgage was dated May 30. The stamp duty for the transaction amounts to Rs. 4.7 lakh.
Mumbai has recently witnessed a number of high-value real estate transactions in the luxury property sector. On June 25th, actor Aamir Khan purchased a residence in Mumbai's Pali Hill for Rs. 9.75 crore.
Amitabh Bachchan acquired three office units in the Veer Savarkar Signature building in Mumbai for approximately Rs. 60 crore on June 20th. These office spaces are situated in the Signature Building, off Veera Desai Road in the Andheri West area of Mumbai.
