The Inception of Shivesh Group
Girish Yadav, the founder of Shivesh Group of Companies, started Shivesh Enterprises in 2014 with a modest beginning in material supply, starting primarily with Ready Mix Concrete (RMC). The business began in Thane with small road contracts, supplying limited quantities of material.
Over time, he expanded the scope of operations. What began with a single vehicle supply per day has now grown into a large-scale supply operation delivering 200 to 500 cubic meters per day, accounting for nearly 12,000 to 15,000 cubic meters every month.
As the quality of work and reliability became known, Shivesh Group began supplying to multiple road contractors across Mumbai and Thane. Within a year and a half, the company entered commercial projects in Wagle Industrial Estate such as Wagle Trade Center, and One Wagle. Also, the company began supplying to well-known developments and research centres like Himedia Laboratories, UPL (United Phosphorus League, Wagle Estate), and Enders + Hauser (Kolshet).
Over the years, they have supplied materials across several key road and infrastructure projects in Mumbai and Thane. Today, Shivesh Group works with leading listed companies such as Prism, Johnson, Godrej, and Adani, along with several reputed contractors and builders.
In 2017–18, the business expanded into piling and excavation work. It has executed technically demanding projects, including a critical excavation project in the MMRC region near Charni Road and Churchgate.
In 2021, the firm formally entered the contracting space, taking up multiple projects across Panvel, Vikhroli, and Dadar. Most recently, Shivesh Group has entered real estate development. In the current year, the company became a development partner in a landmark project, a G+57-storey tower, which is currently the tallest building in Thane.
By offering end-to-end execution across sectors, Shivesh Group cuts project complexity almost in half for its clients. This integrated approach has helped the company scale from a small road contract to a diversified infrastructure and development business with a turnover of nearly ₹100 crore.
Primary Offerings
Shivesh Group offers both construction services and material supply, giving developers and contractors a single partner for end-to-end project needs. On the construction side, the company undertakes road construction, excavation, piling, demolition, and building construction. Its material supply covers construction aggregates, cement, ready-mix concrete, steel, and concrete blocks.

Pricing is a key reason clients choose Shivesh Group. The company offers highly competitive rates, often below market levels. It works only with established vendors who operate multiple plants across regions or states, ensuring a consistent supply.
To further simplify execution, Shivesh Group is developing a dedicated app that allows clients to place orders for piling, excavation, or material supply either a day in advance or through a weekly plan. Order confirmations, scheduling updates, and execution status will be shared well in advance, avoiding follow-ups, miscommunication, and site-level mismanagement. This ensures clients remain assured that supplies and services will be delivered on time.
Friends & Family-Led Core Team
Shivesh Group is supported by a close-knit core team of long-standing friends and family. The company is named after Girish’s childhood friend, Abhinav Tripathi known as Shivesh, who also serves as the legal advisor. Sales and client relationships are led by Rakesh Mhatre, a BCom/ BMS graduate and childhood friend of Girish, while operations are managed by Vivek Kadam, a long-time team member.
Finance is handled by Aniket Bhojane, the head accountant, with overall financial accountability overseen by Girish’s father, Sanjay Yadav, an ex-banker. Recoveries and operational support are managed by Girish’s cousin, Agnel Tatkare, and the company’s books are handled by Kunal Jha, a Chartered Accountant and trusted friend.
