Zuari Infraworld India and Gangothri Infraedge have launched Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja, a premium residential development in Kollur, Hyderabad, with an estimated sales value of around ₹3,000 crore. The project marks Zuari Infraworld’s entry into Hyderabad’s residential real estate market and is aimed at meeting demand for larger homes in the city’s expanding western corridor.
The development is spread across 9.16 acres and will comprise nine residential towers rising up to G+37 floors, offering 1,730 three- and four-bedroom apartments. The residences will range from approximately 1,679 sq ft to 3,126 sq ft, providing larger-format housing options for buyers seeking premium residential spaces in western Hyderabad.

Zuari Infraworld and Gangothri Infraedge are investing approximately ₹2,000 crore in the project. The development has been designed by Laboratory for Visionary Architecture (LAVA), Australia, with its planning centred on light, air and privacy. According to the developers, a significant proportion of the residences will be corner homes, while the project will retain a substantial share of open space.
The project will include a clubhouse spanning about one lakh sq ft and more than 55 amenities. These include swimming pools, fitness and wellness facilities, sports courts, children's play areas, landscaped spaces, a mini theatre and co-working facilities. The development has also received IGBC Silver pre-certification, reflecting its focus on sustainable planning and resource-efficient design.
Tribhuja is located close to Outer Ring Road Exit 2, providing connectivity to Kokapet, the Financial District, Gachibowli and other major employment and commercial hubs. The western Hyderabad corridor has attracted increasing residential and infrastructure investment as connectivity improves and employment centres expand. Kollur has consequently emerged as an important residential growth location within the city's broader western development belt.
The partnership brings together Zuari Infraworld, the real estate arm of the Adventz Group, and Gangothri Infraedge, which has an established presence in Hyderabad. Zuari’s entry into the city through Tribhuja adds another major developer to Hyderabad’s competitive premium housing segment, while Gangothri contributes its local market and execution experience.
