WeWork India has signed a major managed office agreement worth ₹475 crore with TMUS India, strengthening its presence in Hyderabad’s growing commercial real estate market.

As part of the deal, WeWork India will design, build, and manage a large office space of around 250,000 square feet at Phoenix H10. The workspace will span five floors and accommodate over 1,500 workstations, highlighting the scale of the project and the rising demand for flexible office solutions among large enterprises.

The agreement will run for 60 months, with a committed tenure of 42 months. The new office is expected to be ready by May 2026, after which TMUS India will begin its operations from the facility.
