
Trident Realty has launched 199 premium residential plots within its 200-acre integrated township in Panchkula, expecting to generate Rs. 1,200 crore in revenue from sales.
The new project, named Central Vista, offers plot sizes ranging from 300 sq. yd to 680 sq. yd, targeting high-end buyers seeking spacious residential living in Delhi-NCR’s extended region.
The development includes a 1.25-acre central park featuring landscaped lawns, an open-air amphitheatre, kids’ play zones, and wellness-focused amenities such as a reflexology pathway, yoga pavilion, outdoor gym, jogging tracks, and sports courts for basketball and pickleball.

The township, Trident Hills, is strategically located along the Zirakpur–Panchkula–Kalka Highway, offering seamless access to natural attractions including Bir Shikargah, Khol-Hai Raitan, Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuary, Kaushalya Dam, Morni Hills, and Chandigarh’s Sukhna Lake. Trident Realty has already handed over possession to 500 property owners, highlighting the project’s progress and delivery track record.
Founded in 2008, Trident Realty has developed over 20.34 million sq. ft. across residential and commercial real estate, with an additional 10.97 million sq. ft. currently under development. The company is also expanding its national presence through a partnership with DLF to jointly develop a residential project in Mumbai.
